We placed a monthly ad every month thru September 2006. As of October 2006 you will find our monthly ad in Goldmine Magazine. We've added a PICTURE SLEEVE section. This will make it easier for customers when looking specifically for records with a PICTURE SLEEVE. Check SECTION 30 for records from the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's with a picture sleeve.
In this web-site we list the artist, title and record number. When an order is made we will inform you of the record's individual condition, any label variations and the price of the titles requested. In addition we will inform you of (shipping and handling charges and any state tax that may be due to New York State residents). To make things easier we request that you do not send any payment till we inform you of the results of your order. When we respond to your order we will be pleased to answer any questions that you may have in regards to condition and price.

Payment is normally accepted by personal check, money order or cash by registered mail. Please contact us on the availability of records before sending payment. This prevents unnecessary refunds or overpayments. We will inform you of the shipping and handling charges of your order before you send payment. Overseas customers please send payment in US $. New York State residents are required to pay state sales tax.
In our fourteen years of serving customers world wide we have established a business philosophy of providing quality records at reasonable prices with prompt courteous service. We have many years' experience of grading records accurately. You will note the following terms and abbreviations used with many of the song titles when we respond to your requests:
GRADING KEY
M: Mint. An unused product.
M-: Mint minus. Product looks or sounds unused. A record may have writing or a sticker on the label.
VG++: Very good ++. Product shows minimal usage or wear. May be inaudible on a record.
VG+: Very good +. Product shows slight signs of wear and use. Records will have almost no audible defect.
VG: Very good. Product shows wear but is fully intact. Records sound fine. Sleeves/covers are not torn.
VG-: Very good-. Product shows obvious wear. Sound quality of records are affected.
G: Good. Product shows considerable wear. Records play through. Sleeves/covers may be repaired.
F: Fair. Reserved for rare records. The record is not cracked or broken but sound quality is not good.
TERMS AND ABBREVIATIONS
bb: bb-size hole through label or cover.
EP: extended play.
M: mono.
S: stereo.
M/S: mono on one side, stereo on the other side.
promo: promotional or dj copy.
PS: picture sleeve.
PC: picture cover or hard cover sleeve.
nc: no cover.
RI: re-issue.
2nd: second pressing of an original label.
NR: "non returnable" stamped on label.
slt: slight.
wrp: warp.
scr: scratch.
soc: sticker on cover.
